TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. ORDERS
A. Phone Orders: For fastest service please call toll free (1-877-502-9776) during our business store hours to speak with an experienced equestrian representative.
We ship in-stock orders by UPS the same day for orders called in by 1 P.M. We only ship to the U.S.A.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
B. Online Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
2. RETURNS.
All returns must be made within two weeks of original purchase date and accompanied by the receipt. Items must be returned CLEAN AND IN "NEW CONDITION" with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
ALL SALE OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE...ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Credit/Debit card purchases will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase less shipping costs.
3. SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS.
No returns or exchanges on custom or special orders.
4. BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
Greenway Saddlery, Inc. makes no warranties for durability. Returns will not be accepted for items broken, worn out, cleaned or washed improperly, destroyed by the horse, or used improperly, etc. However, we will assist our Customers in contacting the manufacturer to resolve any problems with defective merchandise. The manufacturer has the responsibility in determining if any product is defective. The Manufacturer will determine if a defective item will be repaired or replaced.
